Typically we do not but in special circumstances when the opportunity aligns with the interest and expertise of the firm's principals we will consider investing or supporting  investor outreach. 

In general we charge a pre-determined fee based on the scope of the project and your needs. 

We are located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.   We rely heavily on the phone, e-mail, fax, and virtual meeting tools.  If required, we are available to  visit you at your offices.
